Yes! We will move it around the room as we clean to ensure every square inch of the floor is cleaned. We will NOT move: Electronics of any kind, large, heavy or delicate furniture, beds, dressers, or anything extremely valuable.

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

This issue arises when residues lingers in the carpet, drawing in dirt. Typically, it stems from incomplete rinsing of soap used in cleaning and is commonly seen when using a home steam vacuum. Our tailored solution and meticulous hot water extraction method ensure minimal residue remains, preventing dirt attraction.

6-10 hours and the best drying process for your appointment day will all depend on the weather outside. Conditions such as humidity, temperature and airflow will be taken into consideration and we will instruct you with the most optimal scenario for your cleaning. We do not recommend walking on the carpet until its fully dry but if you have to - please wear clean shoes and watch the transitions onto hard flooring to prevent slipping.

For residential cleaning - No, we bring our own water to all residential cleaning appointments. Our van can carry up to 100 gallons of fresh water. A water hook up may be needed for large commercial jobs.

It is different and custom catered to each clients property but a standard residential cleaning would go like this - A - walk through inspection of the property with the client to set expectations, evaluate the floors conditions and give a price to clean. When we start cleaning we will spray the floor with a solution that loosens the soil and leaves a nice scent behind. Then we will scrub the carpet with a CRB (Counter Rotating Brush) to lift the carpet pile, even distribute the cleaning solution and agitate the soil embedded to the fiber. After that, we will be in and out to the van a few times to set up the solution and vacuum hoses. The solution hose delivers fresh, 175 degree water to the cleaning wand which is sprayed onto the carpet at 400psi then is extracted through the vent port of the wand, travels through the vacuum line and lands in the 100 gallon waste tank in the van. We start at the farthest point of the property and work our way back to the point of entry - the result is a beautifully smelling, pollutant free carpet you and your family can enjoy!
