Our truck mounted hot water extraction machines are capable of efficiently cleaning the dirtiest of carpets. Our process is custom catered to each client's specific needs whether it be routine maintenance, move in/out, pet treatments, odor mitigation, or large/small commercial property we have the certifications, experience and skills to get your job done right! 

Routine Maintenance: If you live or work on top of carpet; it should be cleaned AT LEAST once a year! A vacuum only removes 80% of the INSOLUBLE soil trapped within and our equipment will make easy work of removing the rest for a deep, quality cleaning! But Why?

 #1 Health: They’re the largest air filter inside the property! If they're not cleaned regularly it will lead to more airborne particles decreasing air quality! (especially with pets)

#2 Wear: Soil builds up in the carpet over time, it doesn't matter if you don't wear shoes on it, keep your pets off it, or vacuum everyday… It helps but it's still gonna happen. Once the fiber is full the soil will act as sandpaper distorting the pile which leads to that visible wear and darkening of the carpet.

#3 Fresh & Clean Feeling: Our cleaning process is of the highest quality and with that follows excellent results leaving you with a beautifully smelling, soft and pollutant free carpet. 

Pet Treatments: We use the BEST and most ECO-FRIENDLY solutions/deodorizers to treat the carpet for urine, feces, vomit and any dander your pets may be leaving behind. The treatment that's right for you all depends on the severity and we have specific tools for each of them. We have UV lights to find and treat each spot individually and a “water claw” extractor for those bad/stinky spots that have made their way down into the pad and subfloor. Pet dander is much smaller and more rigid than normal dander and has a much easier time clinging to fabric surfaces triggering allergies and decreasing air quality when disturbed.

Large/Small Commercial Properties: Hotels, apartment complexes, tennent occupied spaces, restaurants, offices, daycares, schools, dealerships, stores, funeral homes, churches, municipal buildings, bars, high rises, mall stores, or ANYWHERE where there are floors, we have the equipment to get the job right. We always try to use the truck mounted equipment but if it can't reach the area, we also have portable hot water extraction machines to service the property.
